To download E card of health insurance
1. Go to MD India Insurance website.
2. There will be an icon - Download E card.
3. Select the same
4. Window will popup
5. Select the Insurance Co. - National ins
6. Select Type - Corporate
7. Enter the Policy number - 251100/00/24/00001521
8. Enter Employee Id.
9. Window will popup showing self name,spouse name, age etc.
10. Press on Ecard on the left hand side.
11. Your Ecard will be downloaded.
12. Save it safely and you can take print out for your reference.

Download MD India Hawk Application form Google Play Store.
Put your Employee ID
And in password section put your date of birth. An OTP will be sent to you registered mobile number. After verifying the OTP, the app will open. Then download the Ecard
